Massage

Massage is a wonderful treatment that has many benefits which are both physical and mental. It can relieve muscle tightness, which increases flexibility and eases pain. It helps reduce stress and anxiety by relaxing the body and mind. It also helps the recovery of fatigued muscles by bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the muscles thus aiding cellular renewal. Another benefit is it promotes the rapid removal of toxins from the muscle. That’s just listing a few of the many benefits. Massage is a treatment I would recommend everyone to try. I haven’t encountered a body that didn’t have some tension for me to help work out.

 

Add in the additional benefits of using aromatherapy massage oils and you have a truly powerful treatment that can help ease tension, restore a sense of wellbeing, as wellas relaxing and soothing both body and mind.

Back Massage

This treatment is focussed on the areas that we all tend to hold most of our tension, the back, shoulders and neck. A pre-blended aromatherapy oil is used during the massage to maxmise the effectiveness of the treatment. 

Full Body Massage

This treatment begins with a dry body brushing which exfoliates the skin whilst stimulating blood and lymoh flow leading to improved skin tone, texture and detoxification. The body is then massaged using a specially selected aromatherapy oil to ensure the greatest treatment benefits are achieved. The end result should be total relaxation of body and mind.
